I’m Okoli Ozioma Franca, a digital marketer, sales strategist, and business developer with real, hands-on experience building brands from the ground up.

I launched my first business at 16, where I sourced fashion items from China, negotiated supplier deals, ran Facebook ads, and sold online. Since then, I’ve created and managed multiple brands including Rozzy Skin Glow and Rozzy Body Shop, leading everything from content creation and campaign planning to social media ads, email marketing, packaging, and B2B strategy. I’ve grown pages using both organic techniques and paid ads, consistently reaching thousands daily with strong conversion rates.

I’m skilled in tools like Canva Pro, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Trello, Zoho Mail, Mailchimp and Apollo Ai for email marketing and i have completed advanced courses from The Stuch Boss and Loveday Media. I also worked as a Business Development Manager at Everight Medical Laboratory, where I designed market strategies that boosted growth and positioned us ahead of competitors

I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from Birkbeck, University of London (Merit). My studies in big data, web, and social media analytics have deepened my ability to make informed, insight driven decisions. With strong project management skills, I lead marketing projects from idea to execution; staying organized, goal focused, and performance driven.
